Description
-The Tourists: As the situation of the mainland United States improved, the roaming bands of bandits and raiders were soon crushed under the boot of groups like the CDF and USCPF. Sensing their quickly approaching end, the group that would become known as the Tourists took to the seas. Reaving their way up and down the western coastline, their exploits grew ever more daring. Amassing a flotilla of rusted hulks, jet skis, and stolen boats, they have nearly single-handedly created a new era of Piracy. Due to the immense distance between Hawaii and the mainland, as well as the scarcity of aircraft, travel is almost solely done on the Pacific Ocean. The pirates, following their prey, soon arrived in Hawaii. The anarchy harkening back to their golden days on land, the pirates have stuck around, with the locals beginning calling them Tourists. Their flagship has been spotted moored near Pearl City, but it has so far eluded any attempts to bring it down.
