Description
Following the onset of the global cooling, as food became scarce, and control from national governments began to wane, those unfortunate enough to be turned away from TITAN, or left to fend for themselves in the snow-covered ruins of major cities sought a solution to their plight. In 2032, the Outerband was convened, a conglomeration of several warbands in the blizzard. Having had its beginnings raiding convoys of travelers, as well as TITAN supply shipments between installations, Outerband has now evolved to a proto-state, collecting tributes from defenseless villages, and attacking those who trespass on its territory. Now, the Outerband encroaches on TITAN territory, looking to plunder its bases, and become the new major power in the wastes.
