Description
The Mayflower State Bar is a professional association, mandated by the State Constitution, of all the accredited attorneys with a Mayflower Law License. The State Bar aids the courts in ensuring the execution of justice, as well as the public through the knowledge of the legal processes in practise in the state and as an association that guarantees the knowledge of their members’ capacity to practise in a court of law. The Bar has the power to issue and revoke Law Licenses, as well as discipline attorneys for practises that fall foul of the Code of Ethics.
