Description
Tarumanegara Defense Group (TDG) is a multinational private military organization formed during a fictional global conflict resembling World War III, when Indonesia faced a severe shortage of combat personnel and required unconventional forces to reinforce its military capacity. The organization originally began as a covert paramilitary group known as “Asap Kuburan” (Cemetery Ashes)—a shadow militia that operated primarily in Middle Eastern conflicts, participating in civil wars, insurgent movements, and political demonstrations aligned with their interpretation of “True Pancasila.” The ideology of Cemetery Ashes revolved around a radical interpretation of Pancasila that emphasize TDG functions independently from the Indonesian government and military. It recruits volunteers, mercenaries, defectors, and former special forces personnel from multiple countries, operating through its own command structure, logistics network, and ideology.
