PROTOCOL ORION | THE SCP FOUNDATION SCIENTIFIC DEPARTMENT ------------------------------------------------ The Anomalous Scientific Research, Analytics and Development Department, commonly referred to as the Scientific Department, is a group of scientists, engineers and support staff responsible for understanding all anomalous phenomena encountered by the Foundation.
