The United States Standing Committee on Affairs ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ In recognition of emerging threats to the continuity, sovereignty, and existential stability of the United States of America and its global interests, the executive and legislative branches, acting in synchronized resolution, hereby charter the US-SCA as a permanent, joint authority tasked with matters deemed beyond the scope of conventional oversight.
