Description
𝐁𝐀𝐂𝐊𝐆𝐑𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐃 𝐈𝐍𝐅𝐎: Raised from the mountain warriors of Nepal, the 1st Gurkha Regiment earned respect for their bravery, skill, and loyalty. Trained under the East India Company, they became known for standing strong when others faltered. When the 1857 Rebellion spread across India, the Gurkhas stayed loyal and fought with courage in many key battles. Between 1858 and 1865, they served across new frontiers, proving their strength and discipline time and time again. Their story is one of honor, loyalty, and brotherhood—a legacy carried by every Gurkha soldier who stood firm, no matter the odds.
