[ABOUT] The United States Military Acadamy is located on the western part of the ###### River and is located 50 miles north of New York City. It is an academy that is exceptionally hard to get into and admits only 1,100-1,200 people a year out of a pool of thousands of applicants. It has been rated as being among the best collages in terms of physical and academic and is rated as the best in terms of having the most accessible professors. [Mission] The U.S. Military Academy at West Point's mission is "to educate, train, and inspire the Corps of Cadets so that each graduate is a commissioned leader of character committed to the values of Duty, Honor, Country and prepared for a career of professional excellence and service to the Nation as an officer in the United States Army."
