Description
Founded in 2022 during the early days of Chicago 1949, Costell was one of the most prestigious Organizations that made profit off organized crime while taking down other families and turfs. After a successful run in 2023, the Organization shut down and lost hundreds of members, officially making a return in the summer of 2025 as a private family. The member count is strict due to high recruitment standards and quotas. Only those who were previously known by the Organization have a role, since it focuses on operating and conspiring behind the scenes. •Minimum Requirements• Personally know The Warden+; Not in any other families; Capable of following our standards; Capable of high-level combat.
