Description
Formed on June 3, 2003, the Collective Defense Pact was an intergovernmental political and military alliance headquartered in Palm City, New Florida. It served as the primary military bloc between the Dominion of New Florida, the Union of Pacifica, the Kingdom of Spain, and various other member states until the disintegration of the Union of Pacifica. Now predominantly comprised of non-state actors, the Collective Defense Pact serves as an informal coalition of Spanish-sponsored militant and political organizations.
