Description
The Irish Free State was founded after the defeat of British forces in Ireland, and they settled for a truce. It was agreed that the new government, The Free State, would be a sort of puppet state to the British Commonwealth. This lead to many conflicts between the National army, and the Irish Republican Army, or IRA.
