Passione Seoul, also known as Passione Kkangpae in the streets of Seoul is the sister branch of the main clan, Passione of Naples. 황금 바람이 고통 받기 시작한다. (The Golden Wind begins to suffer) Founded by Giorno Giovanna and Emilliano C. (Gael Giovanna), in April 23, 1948. Originally as a company, Emilliano wanted to stop the production of substances in Seoul and Korea as a whole. Emilliano formerly runs 2 clans of his own, the Agilario who were the Filipino-Spanish clan and the Escalerus, the Spanish ran noble mafia. The 4 clans would soon establish Korea's Union, who would dominate the criminal underworld of Korea. But the union wouldn't be comprised of the best organizations in allegiance with him.
