Welcome to the Worcestershire Education Foundation The Worcestershire Education foundation was founded on the 11th April 2025 by Thomas Voclain. WEF is based upon the model of a multi academy trust, a family of schools all brought together to achieve a common goal. Our common goal is positivity. WEF believes that the ro - schooling industry has been overtaken by toxicity and empire like goals. WEF believes community schools with family values are the best option. Our schools follow our guiding principles, the WEF way. The WEF way ensures we are offering a welcoming environment for everyone. WEF operates in Primary & Secondary Level Schools, directly overseen by our Executive Principals, who are overseen by Directors assigned individual responsibilities. Our Headteachers are highly trained educators, all passionate about our vision. WEF isn't about making an empire, or a large company, it is about bringing back the values of basic kindness and positivity.
