Training and Education Center of The Armed Forces TəIim və Tədris Mərkəzi ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ According to the protocol which was signed between Azerbaijan and Turkish Armed Forces on April 5, 2000 and decree of the Minister of Defense of Azerbaijan on February 20, The Training and Education Center of The Armed Forces (TEC) was established on March 26, 2001 on the basis of Advanced officers and Reserve officers courses in order to facilitate the application of NATO standards in Azerbaijan Armed Forces. TEC is a complimentary institution which implements the preparation of military personnel on required directions and branches of the Armed Forces and conduct of military-scientific reseraches.
