PNEC | Protect. Negate. Elimination Coalition In the beginning of 2042, a full scale nuclear warfare ignited, soon, 2 months after the initiation of the warfare, the last running national government collapsed under the immeasurable amount of refugees and overloaded medical capabilities. 4 months after the initiation of the warfare, remnants of nations came together and formulated the prototype of the PNEC and drafted the “Ark” plan, we were tasked with constructing 4 different survival bunkers in all of the last few nuclear and infection free zone.
