Description
The 501st serves directly under the Imperial Executor and will fight in a number of critical wars in the years ahead. The legion was frequently stationed in areas where it might employ its advanced fighting skills to make a political statement. Most of its missions were classified in order to keep the Imperial Senate in the dark about what it was up to. The 501st would engage on a number of mop-up operations in the years following Order 66, either against remnants of the Confederacy or against the few Jedi who had managed to survive Order 66.
