The Hidden Institute In 1913, an institution in Wales was created to protect the Peculiar children. Our institution is hidden from the world- in fact, it's in a time loop, stuck in the year 1940, protecting our Peculiar children from present-day harm. The Headmistress protects the peculiar children from horrific creatures that invade and demolish other pocket realms and the institutions in them- full of peculiar children.
