Principality of Hesse; Fürstentum Hessen. Crown Prince: August von Hessen Era: The War Years (Latter) Status: Contested, Neutral. A war torn Hesse in the latter of the second world war, finds itself alone while it's Monarch Prince Christoph August is betrayed and imprisoned by the Axis. In exile, Prince August raises the 118th (4th Grand Ducal) Regiment and the newly formed Foreign Legion (Freikorps) to defend his countrymen in brink of disaster. Hesse now stands alone to defend against both the Axis and Allied Powers. Will you join her?
