"Welcome to smeared eyeliner. I do weekly questions, so check in once a week. I normally do it every Monday, Sunday, or Tuesday! I've been working on trying to make this a safe place for everyone. So harassing/bullying is not tolerated. Please be nice, and dont ask for ranks too often, as I am broke and will make new ones if you tell me why we should have it.
