𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐨𝐟 𝐓𝐮𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐲 𝘿𝙚𝙨𝙘𝙧𝙞𝙥𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣: The Republic of Turkey, which was accepted as the continuation of the Ottoman Empire after the First World War, was established in 1923 after being victorious under Mustafa Kemal Atatürk against the Western occupiers of Anatolia in the War of Independence. The Republic of Turkey joined the UN in 1945 and NATO in 1952. Ever since the beginning of the 21st century, Turkey has played a major geopolitical role in the Islamic world as a whole. It is seen as the key state in today's politics, military technology, and social order of the regions.
