The Tszyarate of Khvinn-Zhavinsk —————- The Tszyarate of Khvinn-Zhavinsk known as the Khvinn Tszardom or informally as the Second Empire. Formed from the survivors of the Old Ionoi Empire of the Old World, The Nobilis used there estates as staging grounds for survivors, soon over time degrading and becoming feudal fiefs with them becoming feudal lords, carrying the culture and history of the old empire with there newly created culture birthing a entirely new society stitched together, from the old and new. Over time, the Khvinn we’re United by a man known as Orlov, an direct descendant of the Old Emperor. —
