Description
After all this time, Nevada is still a ####hole. Gangs run the state like they have all the power, which could not be further from the truth. These gangs are unstable, alienated, and disorganized. They have the inability to rally community members together to achieve shared values or to solve jointly experienced problems. Violence and aggression come together in the form of "gangs" and are furthermore characterized by poverty, owner abuse, and generally racism.
