Description
The O5-1 Council is a mysterious organization of people, all tracing back to something called "Project 49". The leader of this council being the former O5-1 of the Foundation. He and his original group, "The O5-1 Group" went rogue, abusing SCP-052, the "Time Traveling Train". They hold the exclusive knowledge on how to use Anomaly, they have traveled throughout time, altering things, forming groups for an unknown purpose. Foundation agents have used what we know to search alternate timelines to find and censor what was created. List of known alterations: The Nuova Crime Family, Gens Intrepidus (Vacated by the Council), and the 4th Ranger Group. There is certainly more, they will be added to the "Affiliates" list as they are found.
