Developing around the same time as the first appearance of biker gangs in Japan witch was around the 1950s but faded into the Shadows around the 1980s and 1990s. This is when Popularity climbed for the Bosozoku subculture, but little Did the police know they had not left; they had just been working through these Biker Gangs. Doing a series of jobs for any gang that had the higher payoff and bidding that this had worked in their favor Due to them not being a gang, they had recruited even popular gang Commanders who had control over a series of people, which had made their organization Grow faster than ever. But Due To a Power Struggle and the argument of HR, They had sever half of their population go into the yakuza and the other half into the Biker world. But A former HR By the Title of the Fallen Lotus, "Ran Sano," Has Chosen to revive this once-empowering organization and take back its rule over the biker world.
