It was founded in 2001, it currently has its headquarters in Moscow. The ideology of the party is conservatism. "The party of real deeds". 𝐌𝐄𝐌𝐁𝐄𝐑𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐏 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐃𝐔𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 Membership of the party currently allows anyone in the Russian Federation to be part of it. Duties between the party include the ability to propose changes of policy or laws between Russia.
