While other departments focus on containment, research, and enforcement, the Ethics Committee oversees the moral and ethical implications of all operations. Committee members review procedures, experiments, and emergency decisions to determine whether they align with established ethical standards. In situations where necessity conflicts with morality, the Ethics Committee serves as the final authority approving, restricting, or terminating actions that may cross ethical boundaries.
