The armies, divisions, and even the citizens of became united into one. Both Empires governments were abolished, forming the Council of Royals, formed of the princes of both empires, as the dictating power. The Military Leadership Council enacts the wishes of the Council of Royals, as the secondary power. After the death of both empires emperors, a new single emperor arose by choice of the Council of Royals. In the present day, the goal of the empire is world domination.
