Their primary objectives include — presiding over court trials and court-martials, transport of prisoners, internal investigation, issuing judicial judgements, prison administration, and administration of legal affairs. 𝙰𝚍𝚖𝚒𝚗𝚒𝚜𝚝𝚛𝚊𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗 Umbra Catervae is run and administrated by General Shepherd, a renowned veteran who directly owns and presides over the company.
