Anyone who dares attack The Marco Empire or Emperor Marco ll shall be punished severely. If you wish to join our glorious empire, you must follow these rules at all times: Rule l: Any order given by The Emperor must be followed regardless of surrounding events or opinions. Rule ll serve no other emperor besides our emperor. Rule lll: You shall never break protocol or betray The Emperor. If you break our regulations you shall be severely punished.
