ᴛʜᴇ ᴄʜɪᴄᴀɢᴏ ꜱᴘᴇᴄᴛʀᴇ [▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬] The Chicago Spirit was an underground paracrime organization established in Chicago, United States in the early 1900's in which its members possessed anomalous capabilities. After the head of the Spirit was contained by the SCP foundation, the Spirit slowly collapsed over the following years. [▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬] 79 years after the supposed death of The Spirit, a group of descendants from original members of the Spirit seek anomalous treasure, left by the former head of the Spirit by performing heists across the globe, drawing attention to those from both the Global Occult Coalition and the SCP Foundation. 3 affiliated members of the "Spectre" with their newfound abilities are labelled HVTs by both the coalition and foundation, but they have no knowledge of any other members involved under the new light of the syndicate.
