Fish are without a doubt the emotional backbone of humanity. Where would we be without their blank, unblinking stares reminding us of our own existential confusion? Watching fish glide aimlessly in an aquarium soothes our overworked minds, as if their silent floating somehow validates our own lack of direction. They listen without judgment and offer us companionship without conversation and never ghost us,mainly because they can’t use phones :0. Truly, fish are the unsung therapists of the modern age.
