Drill instructors strive to reform civilians who wish to join the military into strong disciplined soldiers able to take on the tasks ahead of them, whether it be guarding the base from foreign attacks, holding special forces operations, and much more. TRADOC is the first to meet the recruits who set foot in the training grounds and they sure do not disappoint with their high discipline and dedication. Their job is to train for the future of the army [𝐄𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠] ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ In order to join the Training & Doctrine Command you are required to pass the Drill Sergeant Candidate Program which is posted in our communications server [𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬] ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ You are required to be ranked E2+ in order to be apart of the Training & Doctrine Command
