ᴛꜱᴀʀᴅᴏᴍ ᴏꜰ ʜᴇʀʀᴜꜱ The Tsardom of Herrus official the Sublime State of Herrus is a de jure constitutional monarchy under the Tsar of Herrus however a de facto military dictatorship under the Marshal of Finland. It occupies much of the frozen wasteland in Northern Vixtae and borders Morphy to the West and Strato to the east. Observers have described it as an extremely militarized society with heavy repression of basic human rights. It is a reformed Jxwish state with all other religions banned or heavily frowned upon. It is illegal to speak anything but Polish in Herrus, and freedom of the press does not exist with heavy propaganda from the state media. However, most Herrusians are willing to defend their country and in the Herrusian constitution, all men ages 16 and up are allowed to own firearms included but not limited to automatic weapons, heavy explosives, and armored vehicles.
