Considered a monopoly by some, BMC holds majority stake in numerous subsidiaries, including Azaroff Defense Contracting, Clipper Spacecraft Research Institute, and donates large sums of money to the Smithsonian, the Perot Museum of Nature and Science, and the Rills Institute of Nuclear History, among others.
