Description
-------------------------------------- 04/18/22 ------------ The Special Containment Procedures Foundation is a secret organization that institutes the worldwide safety and protection of humanity against anomalous threats and artifacts. The Foundation uses numerous facilities such as Site Hollow to study these anomalies and artifacts, in order to diminish the threat posed to the reality and normalcy of mankind. This Foundation is a new project which will be housing a few dangerous SCPs, and will mainly focus on containing dangerous criminals around the world.
