The J&L department is a very misunderstood department, partly due to the haughty figure of its employees, that rarely speak with anyone outside of the department about their duties. Blackwatch Global is an institute that obeys under the Nexus. It is the founding document of the law of the institute, it's the constitution, so to speak. The Nexus is made of different kind of laws: chairman-enforced, paragon-enforced and public law. The Justice & Legislation department manages public law. As a Justice & Legislation member, your missions will be many: ensure everyone on-site respects public law, prosecute those who break it, amend the law to push the company forward, and ensure diplomacy between other groups of interest.
