This group is for people with ED that need support or help on their journey to stop. 💙WHAT WE STAND FOR💙 o Listening to your body o you are beautiful just the way you are o intuitive eating o food shouldn’t be something you worry about o you can struggle with ED and be a healthy weight so always be nice :) Also a quick (IMPORTANT) note: We only allow supports that used to have a ed. I’m sorry but if you didn’t you really just wouldn’t understand 📖 MY STORY📖 I’ve struggled with body image and eating for ✌️✌️ Years now. I had B.E.D in particular. It was hard not having support from family or friends. That’s why I made this group. So others feel loved and get the support they need. I am now fully recovered! Feel free to share your story if your new! 💙💚
