Hello! Here is a mini handbook of rules and termination / suspension warnings, etc. Terminations are very rare, and at least half (or more) of our Coaches rank will need to agree on the situation. Terminations and suspendence occur when a rules are broken. | Team Rules | Bullying | # Strikes, Then Suspension for the week. If continued after suspension or any bad actions because of being suspended, leads to a termination debate. | Abusing Coach Privileges | Poor actions like the ones below will lead to the listed consequences. • Bullying Same rules as it goes for Dancers, just the bully would not be voting •Taking down Group Shouts without permission / posting Group Shouts over class instructions, etc. You should only post a group shout if you have received permission from Abby | Emilyn to do so. And don’t lie about it, cause there is logs 😭. Consequences - # warnings from each time, 3rd would be a day suspension. | Group Simple Etiquette / Manners • Be kind and respec
