Description
The French Third Republic rose out of the ashes of Napoleon the Third's Second Empire after its defeat in the 1870 War. The Third Republic was a parliamentary republic, often unstable and constantly seeking legitimacy. By the end of the 1870s, the Third Republic found its home in the center of the French revolutionary and democratic tradition. As time passed, it rebuilt it's army, and returned as powerful as ever. But a dark era approaches, and turns europe into a bloodbath. Such terrible event is called 'WWI'. France is currently set in the year of 1914, just before the outbreak of WWI. We foremost strive to create the most accurate and fun experience.
