Description
**History: ** Rebels fought against the Capitol who loved and protected them, betraying a mutual partnership arranged between each district and the capitol. After the war, a treaty was signed between the districts and the capitol, as punishment for the uprising each district must offer two tributes, a male and a female, in the reaping ceremony to fight in an arena. With this new arrangement, peace and security is once again offered to the district in exchange for resources. --------------------------------- Panem Today, Panem Tomorrow, Panem Forever --------------------------------- Currently in the development stage. 11th Hunger Games is being designed by the gamemakers. --------------------------------- Join today to enter the Hunger Games.
