Description
The Papal State(s), or Stato Pontificio, were an Italian state during the Napoleonic Wars that were forced under French submission following 1798 which also saw Pius VII put on house arrest in Rome. When he was released, he called his army to defend the Papal States to make sure no other foreign invader could take control of the state. What will you do?
