Description
In a top-secret military-run facility located somewhere in Death Valley, Nevada, the US Government has funded a specialist research group (Popularly known as the SCP Foundation) to deal with children around the world who have obtained otherworldly abilities. The children overall are known as "speed evolvers". Each child is classified C, B, A, or S, based on their abilities and/or behaviours. There are said to be 2000+ children under the facility’s name, and at least 1500 of them have been tested/experimented with. The facility in question is simply known as Federal Facility 404; The Facility That Doesn't Exist.
