St. Petersburg Military Academy {Est. 1724} --------------------------------------- "Only through failure may you know how to win" --------------------------------------- The St. Petersburg Military Academy was established in 1724 in order to better organize and centralize the training of Russian Armed Forces personnel. All instructors in RAF are required to graduate the SPMA, and to be ranked an Instructor or Senior Instructor.
