The Traffic Enforcement Division, its parent agency being the Pennsylvania State Police, is responsible for monitoring Pennsylvania's highways & hotspots for speeding. Apart from traffic enforcement, TED is also responsible for responding to vehicular accidents, to determine the cause of such accidents & to make sure traffic flows safely.
