This is the former ISD for Site-176 - Was the first SCPF department in 176 to exceed 20 active members. - Was the only active SCPF department in 176 besides IA & SD - Remained the strongest department in the facility until the Site's shutdown. - Was the only department authorized to use laser weaponry. - Was the only department with blackhawk authorized personnel. - Strength was second only to Chevron Collective.
