Description
Principality of Poyais Established in 1820, Poyais was initially created with wealthy benefactors from the British Isles and the local groups, primarily the Poyer people. In our universe the concept of Poyais successfully took off. And by 1850 the capital St Joseph had been constructed. The armed forces created the following tensions created by neighboring countries and groups of people. Internal tensions have risen due to the poor distribution of wealth amongst the citizens. Most of which are on or near the poverty line. Political ideology is an absolute monarchy. Although most feudal practices have been abolished.
