Description

Civil Defense and Emergency Management Department, established in World War 1. Contains two departments the Civil Defense and the Emergency Management Department. The Emergency Management Department oversees emergency planning and public awareness campaigns during emergencies and education, disasters and wartime. The Emergency Management is the superior department of the Civil Defense and Emergency Management Department. The Inferior Department known as the Civil Defense Department conducts many operations based around plans overseen and established by the Emergency Management Department. These include practicing evacuation plans with various agencies at state and federal levels, conducting various other drills including CBRN drills, keeping evacuation shelters in order and ready in the case of their need, implementing warning systems setup by the Department of Emergency Management. All of these are done in collaboration with the authorities at state and federal levels.
