Description
ARC-83 is a high-security, U.S.-based research and containment facility operated jointly by the Secure Contain Protect Foundation and the Central Intelligence Agency. Established in 2005 and located beneath a classified sector of the Rocky Mountains in Colorado, the site serves as a strategic hub for the containment of high-risk anomalies, weapons development, and intelligence coordination. Fully underground and nuclear-hardened, ARC-83 maintains its own autonomous command structure, rapid-response units, and long-range missile systems, ensuring immediate action capability in the event of large-scale containment failure or hostile anomalous activity.
