Year: 2030, World War 3 has broken out. Russia and China has teamed up to betray there allies and take over the world. They attacked many small countries and US research sites holding some of the worlds most deadly infections. Sentinel Corporation, a top secret corporation witch has disappeared many years ago, has re-appeared. They made an attempt to shut down Russia's and China's operations, and were successful. But, by this time it was to late. Russia and China have fallen but still releases some of the worlds most deadly infections. Slowly, the infections took out the world, city by city. Sentinel Corporation has made many attempts to contain the infections, but the world is just to big. Sentinel International has tasked them self's with protecting the city of Aroua nicknamed "The Last City".
