The Noobtopian Republic is a nation in the great lands of Robloxia, who seeks to form a union with all of robloxia where they are in control: The Robloxian Union (RU). Everyone is watched closely and may have they're rank updated if they show ferocity or strength by the high council themselves. It is dictatorial, and has a distinctive hierarchy. The lower-class citizens and soldiers live near the borders, while the highest ranking live in the capital, Noobtopia. The borders regulary have famines and war. Even though the Noobtopian Republic is extremely capitalist, they don't actually do that well economically. The national language of the Noobtopian Republic, Newbiese, is a combination of french, english and old english, altough most residents speak plain english. The national flag represents what the residents of the NRN (National Republic of Noobtopian states) look like. They declared independence and temporarily were known as the Noobese Empire until they became the NRN we know now.
